PUBLIC SERVICE INTERPRETING

• Hospital Assignments: £25.00/h (min. payment 2 hours, £6.25 per 15-minute segment thereafter)
• Police Assignments: £30.00/h (min. payment 2 hrs, £7.50 per 15-minute segment thereafter)
• Court Assignments: £40.00/h (min 4 hours, 8 hours Full Day)
• All other Assignments: £35.00/h (min. payment 2 hrs, £8.75 per 15-minute segment thereafter)

CANCELLATION TERMS

• For cancellations within 14 days of assignment date: 25% of total booked amount
• For cancellations within 7 days of assignment date: 50% of total booked amount
• For cancellations within 4 days of assignment date: 75% of total booked amount
• For cancellations within less than 4 days of assignment date: 100% of total booked amount

NOTE

If one booking lasts less than the booked duration (e.g., 2-hour booking lasting only one hour), the full booked duration will be charged.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

• Travel Time: £20/h
• Mileage: 40p per mile (return trip)
